'Tis the season to be merry and bright, and celebrate with food and wine. Join us for the most magical event of the year. Moravia Wine's is hosting two Winemaker's Dinner: Saturday December 9 and Thursday December 14. Event will begin at 6:00 PM both evenings, dinner served approximately 6:30.
 
This dinner includes five delectable courses, beautifully prepared by the cullinary artists from the Gastro Grill. Each course is paired with one of Moravia's award-winning wines. We will contact you after you purchase your tickets to find out who you would like to be seated with and your selections for course four.  Invite other friends to purchase tickets and we'll seat you all together.

Entry hors d oeuvres: Bottega & Bruschetta Bar with baguettes Feta & Pancetta Topped Pears with shallots, Fresno chili olive oil & honey drizzle, brown sugar crumble

Course 1: Stuffed Fresh Figs with blue cheese, fresh herbs, toasted walnuts, drizzle of honey

Course 2: Roasted Tomato Soup with herbed house crouton

Course 3: Spinach Salad with warm bacon dressing, heirloom blistered cherry tomatoes served with toasted baguette (vegetarian/vegan salad will be served with maple balsamic vinaigrette)

Course 4:

Choice 1: Beef Bourguignon with herbed potatoes, charred brussels, shiitake mushrooms in a brown butter sauce and a hint of cayenne

Choice 2: Creamed Rosemary Chicken with Herbed potatoes, charred brussels, shiitake mushrooms in a brown butter sauce and a hint of cayenne

Choice 3: Cracked Pepper & Lemon Zest Pasta with charred brussels, shiitake mushrooms, heirloom tomatoes, fresh herbs over a bed of pasta with herbed fresh garlic olive oil & choice Moravia wine, cracked pepper, lemon zest, shaved Manchego (no cheese if vegan)

Course 5: Red Wine Bread Pudding, served over a pool of espresso, topped with fresh whipped cream
