Our best selling wine. The Symphony grape was developed to like the heat of the Central Valley by the late Dr Olmo from UCDavis, a clone between Grenache Gris and Muscat Alexander. This is a semi-sweet version of Symphony with about 4% residual sugar. Same floral characteristics that is found in every bottle of Symphony wine.
