Moravia's first release from our young Primitivo (Primitivo and Zinfandel are very similar genetically, they are in fact 'siblings', if you will, deriving from the Croatian Tribidrag varietal) vines is fruit-driven and jammy. We stopped the fermentation early, allowing for a bit of residual sugar and creating a wine that is nice with a hearty meal or after dinner, can be served room temparture or chilled with a slice of pie and ice cream.
